How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your account and personal data, please email us from your registered email address at:

Use the subject line:
“PTfindr Account Deletion Request”
In your email, please include:
Your full name
The email address associated with your PTfindr account
Your user ID (if available)
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and process your request.
What data will be deleted
Upon confirmation, we will permanently delete:
Your account profile information
Your personal details (name, email, phone number)
Your usage data associated with your account
What data may be retained
Some information may be retained where required by law, including:
Transaction records for legal or accounting purposes
Any retained data will be securely stored and deleted once it is no longer legally required.
Timeframe
Account and data deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
